Had an electronic valve go out on my WH. Choice was to replace valve or replace WH. I had valve replaced but Abacuss would not warranty the valve. I am try to get manufacturer to cover the valve cost since it is still under warranty. They require a detailed invoice of part cost plus labor cost. Have asked Abacuss a number of times for the breakdown invoice but they have not provided. I am not able to get a manufacturer refund due to Abacuss hiding true cost of part. Have contacted both plumber and front office with no result so far - 6 weeks and waiting. BTW, cost for service was very high
