My ductwork was damaged in storm. It was installed when Abacus installed new HVAC system last summer. Abacus gave me an estimate for fixing it -- $11000. I asked if it was covered under my warranty. They couldnt -- or didnt want to -- answer me. The representative even tried to tell me it was installed some other time. They treated me like some kind of doddering idiot. I will take my business elsewhere.
