We had our air conditioning system installed by Abacus and after several things that occurred we now have a wonderful running air conditioning system. Abacus is always willing to come out and provide service for you if you want to pay the price. I don't mind getting the annual renewal for service on my air conditioning system but I dropped the plumbing contract because every time I had them come in to give me an estimate on what it would cost to do something it was way out side of my comfort zone. We always opted to buy from another company. Because I have an air conditioning system that's under a 10 year warranty I feel that I should be always contacting them for any issues with my air conditioner. They are always very helpful and very professional. A little story, we had an issue with AT&T when they put a fiber optics cable across the yard behind us and accidentally nicked our electrical supply line which took about 6 months before it finally blew apart. I called Abacus out because our air conditioning system was not displaying on the thermostat. This was because there wasn't enough electricity coming into the house for our high voltage appliances. They checked the voltage on the air conditioning system and confirmed that it was okay and in the meantime I turned it off. This was just before the mess of cold weather came in January. Centerpoint came out and installed a temporary bypass cable so we could have electricity. I'm still waiting on them to come and pull their line because we since had a new cable put in. It was comforting to know that the air conditioning system was not affected. Thank you abacus
