The process has been a bit long, arranging appointments and scheduling work, but the people I've interacted with have all been incredibly hospitable and polite. They're patient and accommodating, and I've really appreciated their flexibility, and how great they've been about waiting for me, while we schedule times to get quotes and arrange the work, itself.
