Very thorough and logical investigation of our issue. Found the root cause, after the first two companies did not.
The service representative, Isaac, was very logical and thorough in his investigation of the problem. He listened as I informed him of what the first two companies had done to eliminate the possible root cause of the issue. You always have to have three estimates, and I am so glad that we did.
Isaac investigated the entire system and found what the root cause was.
