They responded immediately with a service person who came out on a Saturday. He was knowledgeable and gave my whole A/C system a complete checkup, adding coolant as well. He also pointed out two design flaws from the original installers of the system, so I will be having Abacus back out to make those corrections. I bought the BAM package so they will be maintaining my central heater in a couple months.
