Had technician from Berkey's out 3 days ago. A/C not working again. This is after multiple service calls over the past few months by Berkley's. Stupidly had Berkey's install our $20,000 Lenox unit three years ago. Each time a technician comes out they say they have it fixed only for as short as 30 minutes up to a week go by and the system fails again. Not happy. Have asked over and over to speak with someone in management above the service manager level only to be blown off. Management at Berkey's is who should be ashamed for not contacting an extremely upset customer. Have put off writing negative reviews until tonight and now am leaving reviews anywhere and everywhere can find. Perhaps, eventually will get the attention of Berkey's management team.
