LOST TOUCH WITH CUSTOMERS

There is a serious disconnect between the individuals you speak with on the phone to set-up your appointment and the technicians sent to your home. I scheduled a four hour window for a check-up on my AC. They showed up an hour later then the scheduled end time (frustrating) and had failed to listen to me when I'd called previously with specific instructions required for my unit (e.g. you need a specific ladder size).

I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

We are sorry you had this experience. We were running slightly behind schedule with no cool calls, so non-emergencies were pushed back slightly, but we should have notified you of our delay. As we looked back in the history of servicing your account and talking with our technician, we also should have told you we could not service your condo due to the need to have a mounted ladder to safely access the roof, which we do not have. Historically, we have serviced your unit before, but learned that our technician did not follow our safety protocol in the past. We are unwilling to take that risk, and recommend that you find a commercial HVAC company to service your rooftop needs. We will be refunding your membership fee and wish you the best of luck.
