Berkeys Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical has always done a phenomenal job for me! This was not my first time using them! Most recently they came out to do the annual inspection. They made sure everything was running fine and was tuned up. Their pricing is reasonable and they have great customer service. They are always quick to respond to calls and get appointments scheduled in a timely manner. The technicians are wonderful. They don't try to talk you into things that you do not need. When they perform their assessment if there is nothing wrong they tell you there is nothing wrong. They don't turn around and say "well, you could use this to make it better" as other companies do. I appreciate that type of honesty. The technicians have been prompt, polite and professional. They are very knowledgeable and have been very respectful of my home. They make the time to give me maintenance tips to keep my equipment running well and they answer my questions if I have any.
