Berkeys Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical has very good customer service. It was easy to set up an appointment. This was my first time using them. The technicians came out to take care of a slow drain and a hot water tap issue. The workmanship was "acceptable". I was not super pleased, but okay. I guess they are the experts and it is what is to be expected. I would recommend them if someone locally had an issue. I would not go out of my way to do so, but I would recommend. They were rather pricey and I wound up spending a lot more than I was expecting to, and a ways off from what I was quoted. I really wish I had shopped around for pricing before hand.
