My last interaction with Berkeys Plumbing, Heating & A/C was very nice. I had used them once before, during the summer, when I needed them to fix something small on my air conditioner. This time, they installed a new A/C unit in my home. They did an excellent job. The installers were very knowledgeable when I asked them questions, and they were very efficient when installing the system. It was raining on the day of the installation, so it took them a long time since they were having problems due to the weather. But they were so nice about it and did not leave until they had finished. I will definitely be using them again.
