I signed up for Berkey's BAM membership which includes two tune ups a year. It was very easy to schedule my appointment. I was given a few hour appointment window and was told I would receive a call 30 minutes before the technician would arrive. This is exactly what happened. The technician was prompt and courteous and didn't waste any time getting in and out. The price I paid for the BAM plan is very reasonable and I will definitely continue to use Berkey's.
