I was told the installers would be there at 3 in the afternoon, the only person to show up was one person who was suppose to pull the carpet and pad up. I had to help him with that. He then left for abut an hour, came back swept up a little and left around 9 at night. The installer got there late the next day and did a real bad job. He put staples in the carpet where there was no need for them. Had to have him back to remove them, even had to give a tool so he wouldn't tear the carpet up. Needless to say I'm not at all happy.
