Waited four months for floor install that took one day. Installer scheduled but didn't show up. I called and was told he was working on another home when he was supposed to be at mine. Scheduled another time and no one showed up for two weeks. Made another appointment and installer called and told me he had been sleeping for two hours in his truck after a dental appointment. He showed up the next day and got the install done. Very little communication between myself and rep. I had to initiate contact. Tried three times to get ahold of owner Mick to express my concerns. Never heard back from him. I would not recommend Abbey Carpet to ANYONE!
