I would give them 5 stars for everything.
I have never had any issues with Kelly's Carpet Cleaning and Flood Restoration so I would recommend them. I'm busy and it's really not a great time to do this review right now but their service is good and their workers and the quality of the work is all good, I would give them 5 out of 5 stars for everything.
