Cost more than originally said
Kelly's Carpet Cleaning and Flood Restoration quoted me $200 and charged me $500. They did do a good job, though. The job was for the whole house. This was my first time using them. Other than the misquote, they did a really good job and got everything out, but I would not use them again.
