I've been a customer of Kelly's Carpet Cleaning and Flood Restoration for almost four years. I had him clean my house and my rental. Last time I called to make an appointment, he did not show up and never returned my call. They're very good when they clean. And it's okay if you're late or need to reschedule, but not having them call back was a little disappointing.
