One thing that made Kelly's Carpet Cleaning and Flood Restoration really great was their communication with me. They had a problem with one of the machines. It completely broke on them, and I'm glad they called me right away to explain, apologize, and reschedule me. They rescheduled me for just a couple days after my original appointment and cleaned the carpet very well.
