Right from the quote process all the way through to job completion they were very professional, and acutely knowledgeable about the work they were doing. The guys that showed up on site worked to the highest standard of quality, and worked late into the evenings if needed. They were very friendly and helpful. They definitely worked with the customer to make sure I was satisfied each evening before they left. I am a picky customer, and am very particular about how I want things done, so I was getting involved. Not once did they get angry with me, in fact they were glad to ask me about anything and keep me informed.

I have subsequently have some work done and the people I've worked with since have been substandard. America's Advantage have set the bar high for work in this field. I found them online, and had an array of other contractors that came through to give me quotes. I opted to go with them because the gentleman who came by seemed to understand what I needed, and gave me a quote that was within my ballpark price-wise. Other quotes I had gotten were up to 25 higher, so I was somewhat skeptical, but ended up very satisfied.
