A year ago we purchased carpet from Ogden's Carpet in St. George. It was not at a reduced price, we paid the full $4.00 per square foot price. The quality of the install was poor, we have needed re-stretching twice. As far as the warranty, we have been given all kinds of reasons why the warranty won't be any good, none of which apply in our case. We expected more from a large carpet retailer. We will probably have to replace within a year. Two years is just not good enough for carpet life.
