The Orem location is horrible. I never write reviews ever! But I just had to because of how bad it was. The customer experience was backwards. I had to stay on top of it and call often to check in and see if the material had arrived and finally when it would be scheduled. I’m not talking a few days but weeks and months! The quality of work was very poor. The self leveling compound they put down was not troweled flat so I have nasty bumps in my floor. They missed a nail strip and some nails. They were just not careful. I had an issue that was not their fault but their solution was cutting 1” slits in the air bubbles to release the air and then said this is the best we can do. That just made me mad. After getting on the phone for a couple more months I finally got them to come back out and make the repair. My nail strips have dents in them because they didn’t use nail sets to carefully nail them in but hammered the heck out of them. Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work was really missing here. Anyway, very disappointed in the quality and service.
