I have been trying to get my new countertops that were installed in September fixed. Not only were they installed with scratches, but later the company came out and tried to fix the chip and sanded the top with sandpaper. I have had a salesman and a district managerer to my house, talked to the store manager repeatedly, had the granite company owner to my house, and another company that they want to use to buff my new countertops. I continually make all the calls to get this fixed..I guess it’s just not that important to them. Today was the final straw after having the district manager to my house with his repairman on Saturday, they missed the appointment today. No contact…i called then again. I’ve been through Thanksgiving, Christmas, birthdays, and now a baby shower with my scratched, new countertops. If you are looking for countertops, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
