We've never used any type of steam clean service before hiring P&G Chem-Dry. The technician from P&G was honest in his assessment. Our furniture and carpets weren't really very soiled. Everything that I expected to come up, did. I'm happy we used the services of P&G Chem-Dry. They were very efficient. Scheduling was simple. Communication was good. Five stars.
