I am no stranger to P&G Chem-Dry. They are pretty consistent, and they do a good job and I am always satisfied with the cleaning results. Depending on the carpet technician that you get, sometimes they will vacuum first or rake the carpet for dog hair when at other times they do not. That is the only thing that is not consistent. I use them because the carpets are clean when they leave and are dry within a couple of hours after they finish. The quick dry time is a must for me. I would recommend this service at a solid five stars, and I will continue to use them in the future.
