I've been using P&G Chem-Dry for about five years now, and they are really quick in arriving, they're on time, and they do a really good job. I really like the young man who comes out, Carlos, who is very professional and works really hard in cleaning my carpets. The last time he was here he cleaned all of the carpets in my home, but a lot of times he tends to get the downstairs rooms and traffic areas. I've now referred P&G Chem-Dry to my daughter and I will continue to use them.
