Under my Real Estate agency's direction, they had me use P&G Chem-Dry. The technician was very friendly and did a good job. The appearance of the carpeting turned out great. The tech also cleaned up well after he was finished. After it was finished I found out that their pricing was a little on the higher end. When I got a few other quotes afterward, I discovered that P&G Chem-Dry charges fifty to sixty dollars higher than other local companies. But after seeing how the work turned out, I would probably recommend them to others.
