I have used P&G Chem-Dry several times before. This last time they came out to clean the downstairs carpeting where my dog stays, a bedroom and a hallway. Everything turned out just fine. The company is wonderful and the technicians do an excellent service for me. Since I have a dog there is often difficult stains which they treat. If the spot turns up again they are right back out here to treat it again until it is no longer showing. The technician is always very professional and knowledgeable. I have always recommended them to others and will keep using them in the future. I am very pleased with their work.
