Technician was very knowledgeable and clear. didn’t pressure for added options and explained each one in detail. Since I was moving into a rental I opted for the “scotch-guard” - only a $100 protection policy to save me from big costs when I move out.
No chemical smells, quiet operation, dried fast leaving me lots of time to move in.
