I have been using P&G Chem-Dry for several years now. I like them very much. They do a good job. I have a new rug, a couple of years old, and it shows the spots pretty easily. So, I have them come out to clean that up, and they get all the spots out. This last time, I had them just do my bedroom carpet, and it looks really nice now. It is easy to call in and schedule an appointment, and they are prompt. I always have Shawn come out. He has been with the company for about 20 years now, and he is trustworthy and does a great job.
