Great service every time. I was concerned after the Volvo dealership closed down & made the trip to Tacoma a couple times but prefer not to make that trip every couple months, so I did my research and visited a few automotive shops in town. I met with Bron before I went in for any services. His knowledge, experience, and level of customer service placed me at ease with my decision to go with his shop. I go in for an oil change every 3 or so months & for major maintenance work including brake replacements, serpentine & timing belt replacements, transmission flush, & coolant flush and a couple smaller tasks. Before any of the major work, I had discussions with the service manager to gain a better understanding of the work being done & Joey always takes the time in his busy day to chat with me whether in person or over the phone. What placed me even more at ease was the technician who primarily works on my car will pop in when I pick up my car to answer any questions if I had them. I have found someone whom I trust with my car. Thanks Mike :) Everyone there is friendly & I like how I can always get a ride back home with their shuttle service. Joseph is friendly & great to chat with on the ride to and from home :) Kim the receptionist is always fun to chat with as well! Overall I believe Bron's team has taken care of my car well & have built a great client relationship with me. See you in a couple months guys!
