Blue Water Pools built our pool and maintains it on a regular basis now. During the building process, I wish there had been better communication with us because it was our very first time. I would have liked if they explained exactly what was going to happen with different options. The rim of the pool was flat instead of bulging up, so things go inside the pool a lot easier, and we didn’t know about this until it was finished.

Building a pool is a big investment, and if something gets built, it would be really hard to fix it once it is done. So, I wish some of our communication efforts would have been easier. There was another issue with the bottom of the pool that came up whenever my kids were inside for about twenty minutes - their feet were bleeding due to the rough surface. I called them a few times to let them know, so I also wish I didn’t have to push so much.

Towards the end they came through with the issues we had. I am happy with the guy who comes to clean my pool because he is on top of everything. The bottom of the pool has also been fixed. Now, we are happy with our pool and that’s all what matters.
