I had submitted a review yesterday, now it won't let me ammend it, nor can I even find it.

I was very uspet with the experience my son had with the owner cutting his hair as my previous review had stated. Mind you his hair was perfect, just not a great experience for a child. That being said, I've spoken with her twice since writing the review and I feel a lot better. It doesn't change the experience, but a "Sorry" does go a long way. I won't post details of the conversation, but suffice it to say I'm much happier now.

In the past I have always had good experiences for myself and my children. It's worth paying the salon prices to get salon experience.
