The only positive thing I can say is their availability is good. (Although maybe now I know why...) I was impressed by the website so I made a next-day appointment. When I walked in, the receptionist did not offer me a beverage, invite me to sit, or offer to take my coat as I had seen in other reviews. I then had to wait 20 minutes past the appointment time for a 15 minute brow wax. I left with half the eyebrows I came in with, when I had only asked her to clean up the edges; they are now far too thin for my face structure. The real icing on the cake is the fact that my eyebrows are not even the same shape or size anymore! Total hack job. I will never go back.
