Being someone who doesn't go to a hairdresser very often, but has learned that finding a good one to go to even if it's every once in a while is important! Loved Missy, she was great, knowledgable about her products, and didn't make me feel like I needed to do something to my hair I didn't want to do, or buy a bunch of products I didn't really need!
