My appointment went very well

My daughter and I had appointments at 2 my was right on time however my daughter waited on her person to start her pedi for 45 minutes this is very unexceptable after waiting for this period of time the owner cameo do her pedi, she was very apologetic and hurried through the pedi which showed in the quality no discount was offered not a happy first visit for my daughter which upset me since it was my idea

This is Susan, I did your daughter's pedicure. I apologize again for your unsatisfied experience. I was told your daughter had to be out by a certain time to go to work, I did not intend to rush. I'm sorry you were not happy with the free Zoya polishes ($18 value).
We were very busy Saturday and I did not realize Diana was running behind until you had already waited. You are right, this is unacceptable.
Please send me your daughter's address and we will send her a gift certificate for a complementary pedicure with Diana.
