I went to Parlour on the Avenue with a bit of skeptism. I am very particular about my hair color. When I scheduled my appointment, I was put with MISSY BATCHELOR. Nervous would be an accurate statement.

The staff made me a bit at ease from the minute I walked in the door. Smiles, warm welcomes, friendsly chit chat.

I then met Missy... Oh My Goodness. From the very minute I met her.... she was so sweet... Very thorough. Making sure that she listened to everything that I wanted done. I went in with my picture from the internet of the colors. Of course I didn't expect it to turn out as the picture looked..

BOY..... WAS I WRONG!!!

She matched it perfectly. She did everything that I suggested.. She actually listened to what I wanted and had to say.
