I found my experience very enjoyable today from the moment I walked in the door being greeted immediately. The appointment started on time for a mud cocoon wrap with vichy shower by Jessica. She did a great job; explaining the process throughout. She made me feel at home. She was very attentive, checking with me frequently to make sure the water wasn't too hot, that i was comfortable; making sure I had a towel to wipe my face if needed. I then had a haircut. Upon arriving, I decided to see if I could also get a pedicure and they were very accomodating. Love the massage chair while having pedicure. It was a great treat!
