This was my first experience with A & S Carpet Collection. When I went to the store, I dealt with Jeff. He was easy to get along with, patient with me and listened when I told him what I wanted. He had a lot of good ideas as far as color schemes went. The entire process was laid back and easy.

Dave came out to do the measuring and he was very thorough and very detailed. It was amazing! I ordered the carpet and it took a couple weeks before it came in, which I guess is standard. I think they offer competitive pricing, it's right in line with other places I checked out. I like how they don't make you pay the total cost up front, you can pay some when you order and the rest when the job's done.

The installers came to install it and it was very easy to communicate with them. They were in and out within two hours, and that included pulling up the old carpet. They really have it down to science and are very good! It looks beautiful. I am so happy with the results.
