In 1989 when we built our home A & S provided our flooring and carpeting. 25 years and four dogs later it was overdue to be replaced. We went to A & S and talked to Bob. Our goal was quality of product first and style second. We did not tell A & S what needed done or how to do it. We asked what could be done and listened to their advice. They came out twice to our home to make measurements. Then they gave us their recommendations based quality of product and installation. A & S promised 4 weeks for delivery and installation based on the products we choose and came through on that promise. Installation was to take 5 days and it did. There was a minor issue when the amount of trim needed was underestimated. From our experience there are always issues when a contractor comes into our home, the perfect installation does not exist. With this understanding on our part, how the contractor responds shows who they really are. A & S politely and quickly resolved this within a week. All the members of the staff we had contact with were polite, professional and knowledgeable We were pleased with the pricing, quality of work, knowledge of the staff and recommend them to others without reservation.
