I was extremely pleased with A & S Carpet Collection. If I hadn't have known that they had put the carpet in, I wouldn't have known that they were here! Everything was immaculately cleaned up. There wasn't a scrap of carpet, or a piece of padding left: nothing. Everything was cleaned up so nicely. The carpets were vacuumed afterwards, and they looked better than they did before they put them in. It was just an extremely pleasing experience.

A & S Carpet Collection is coming back tomorrow to put more carpet in for me. I wish I had them put the other carpet in that we had installed in the house previously. The carpet they installed is an excellent grade. It looks good, and the installation was good too. Nothing was damaged when they were done, and nothing was out of place. If they moved anything, it was put back again.

Even when we were there with them, A & S Carpet Collection was very patient. They explained everything, including what options there were and what they could do. After they measured, they later called back to admit they weren't sure about some of the measurements, instead of just guessing and taking their chances. They asked me if it was alright to come back to make sure of the measurements, which of course was fine by me, and they returned promptly and got what they needed.

The room they did on the first floor living room is very oddly shaped. A & S Carpet Collection managed to lay the carpet neatly, and there was very little waste.

I also appreciate that they were not aggressive or at all pushy. I at first had some reservations about putting in carpet over the hardwood on my stairs. They told me that if it anytime I wasn't comfortable with what we were going to do, or even if I wanted to go with someone else, that I should go right ahead. They were very helpful.
