The team that helped us out had a good harmony together, they were absolutely awesome. It's been about 7 years since we had shutters on our home, so we were pleased with the classy and professional look our new shutters created.

We ended up ordering 3 windows total, that's how much we liked the look and service. The communication was great and the customer service was genuine and friendly. I can't think of anything they could improve. They emailed us ahead of time to confirm the appointment and are just really nice people.
