I couldn't be happier with the quality and beauty of the product. Without a brick and mortar store to visit, the team (Carl and Kevin) was diligent to ensure we knew exactly what we were getting - this included several sample visits to my house. It was really a level of diligence that is rare these days. The compliments we've received on our flat panel shutters have been unanimous - the best being that the shutters look like they were original to the house.
