Karl came to my home to do an estimate for shutter installation. He promised to submit a bid to me the next day. I did not hear from him. When I called and spoke to him again he said he was sending it immediately. Nothing. I got the run around from his office and basically lost a months time waiting for him. Terrible and dishonest way to do business. Would never recommend him.
