New England Shutter Mills did a complete rehab on my shutters. The original shutters were nailed to the house, and made of materials that were nearly thirty years old. The job required us to replace windows, frames, shutter doors, and boards. I wanted to find a company with good materials by today's standards. I found New England Shutter Mills, and was very happy with the experience. They were even a couple hundred dollars cheaper than a competitor I had looked into.

The experience was quite pleasant from start to finish. They came out, measured everything, and gave a bid. They said there would be about a six to eight week delay due to product demand. The shutters arrived, and there was a slight glitch with the measurements. They took them back and remade them. Which told me they were a great company that stands by their product. They want their customers to be happy, and the end result came out perfect. I would highly recommend them.
