Very friendly work force came to the house twice to make sure the measurements were correct, we have 3 different sized shutters. When installing the hardware WE picked did not look right no problem the installer had the correct and better product on him. The quality of the shutters exceed our expectations. The install was quick and clean. A+ all around.
