Everything with New England Shutter Mills was excellent. The only thing was that there were three shutters where the paint wasn't completely covered. My concern is the shutters shouldn't have been that way to begin with. One looked like it had been dragged by the corners. The other looked as if it had been scraped, because the white part showed through underneath the paint.
Carl, the salesperson, is fantastic. He is true to his word which is wonderful. The man who installed the shutters was very professional and very good. It was really the quality of the paint job and perhaps the way they were transported that was the problem. Perhaps it was also how they were stored in the factory. They should put cardboard on the shutters or something. They do look beautiful, however; perfect coloring. The only issue that bothered me was the scrapes and paint showing through. Carl and the man fixed this for me as well. I want to make clear that Carl and the man who installed the shutters were great, and that they should not be held responsible for the minor flaws of the shutters, as that probably occurred during transportation or in the factory.
