It's been a while after our bathroom remodeling. The more I looked at our bathroom, the unhappiness I felt about the work. Because I can see poor quality all around.

The main reasons for not recommend is:

1. The quality of the work: leaking sinks, uneven paint, not aligned wall tile and floor tile. uncleaned paint everywhere

2. Rude crew. Although Rafal and Micheal are ok to deal with, but they only showed up few times during the whole project, each time is just a few minutes. That means the quality of the work is solely depends on how crew do it. At first, the crew didn't even admit that the sink leaks. He shouted at us and dropped his tools very hard at floor. Another example is that they put all our newly arrived bathtub, toilet, etc in our yard. When we asked him if they can put them in our garage, Rafal and Micheal agreed, but the crew was unwilling to do that, so those have been kept in our yard.

3. Keep missing appointments. For the leaking of the sink, it take quite a while to get it fixed, because they always NOT able to show up on appointed date, and not even give us any notice. We wasted lots of our PTO because of their constant missing appointment.

4. Adding cost without prior communication. Some of the tile work they didn't say it's extra cost until finished and billed us.

I would expect the remodel of our bathroom can bring us joy. But the more I am in the bathroom, the more poor quality I can feel about it, and the more unhappy experience I can remind of.
