I Will never recommend anyone. It's all about the money!I have Paid over 14,000. I was left with A completely different color for my front tooth after an implant ! Alvarado had to have know with all the lights when he replace the tooth! I could not see it because of all the anesthesia my whole face was numb. They made me sign papers when I was groggy ! When I got home later I saw and called to complain . I could not go in because a death in my family and was out of state till the covid . He then refused to replace unless I paid for it again over 1400 even though it was because of his negligence . Another complaint is that you go in for one thing and by the end he is adding lots of additional things and extra charges. The first time They gave me a bag that I thought was free and when I got home it was an electric tooth brush with additional things that they added to my bill later. He insisted I needed a mouth guard when the one I had still looked new. They took my mouthguard to adjust and when they gave it back it looked damaged and worn out. I told them and insisted to them that they ruined it and they said they did nothing to it. In reality they wanted me to pay for a new one but I stood my grounds. Now they finished my work and I had a credit over 200.00 in which I told them to send my balance since I was not coming back. It was in June were now sept. And Nothing yet. I will not recommend anyone Jeffery Alvarado he is a very arrogant man does nothing but brag about how good and perfect his work is and he constantly brags about his work and how perfect he is. but then did a very very poor job plus with this Covid 19 hr does not follow Regulations . He has people coming in for cleaning and non emergency issues because he truly believes its all political and not serious and noting but a hoax and fake news and is very open about it . Since he said that to me I did not trust him or his practice at all. Please be carful. I don't want anyone to go through what I went through. God bless and please stay safe. Do not trust the lake family dental they ruined my tooth and refused to fix their negligence after paying them over 8,000 . They make up charges and end up charging you more. I posted my complaint on facebook and they deleted it . If you want more info call me on messenger . There has been many other complaints . They are only interested In The money. They don't give you the quality you deserve . I have seen other specialist who told me he did a very bad job. I have no reason to lie. Jeffery Alvarado I will never recommend him .

Kathy refused to let me try to resolve my issues with Dr Alvarado unless I paid up front to fix what he did wrong . She was very rude ! It's because of Kathy I made this review. I will file a complaint and take my concerns to the media only because she refused to let me to talk to Dr. Alvarado.

Extremely bad ! Jeffery Alvarado is a very arrogant man ! He Will not correct his poor work even though he admits it's bad. Does not follow covid 19 regulations cause he believes it's a hoax!i
