there was certainly more communication the first time I got a roof from this company, there was so much attention to detail the first time I was so impressed I chose western roofing without hesitation. I actually turned away several Colorado springs based businesses because of our first experience with western roofing.
I will not make that mistake again; in the future I will do my homework.
Not the same this time. I never really knew what was going on. The roofers came late left quite a few nails and old roofing material and what I would call sand around the house. I went around and picked most of it up. No one came out for weeks. I never saw Paul or Kevin get on the roof to do their own quality inspection. Things had changed, they didn't seem to care like the first time. I'm dissapointed
