Sent smaller truck than agreed upon saying "we had truck issues" and then said 2nd trip would be needed at an additional expense. We had the movers load the larger items and rented a U Haul for the other stuff. Had to pay $200 upfront for 1st he. Movers were very slow and seemed clueless @ how to arrange items on truck. The movers did not want to follow us to hm location-said they had GPS. They NEVER arrived! Had to call dispatcher who after a few calls said the guys had decided to go eat and didn't tell anyone. Then we learned that was a lie and the truck had been brought back to the moving company! Dispatcher said furniture would be delivered by a different crew that night. At @ 7:40 the truck and a car arrives at hm. Man in the car (never gave his name) gave the remaining total owed and amount was more than what was quoted. The man refused to let us speak w/ owner and said he had instructions to lock items in truck and bring back to company if payment was not given. In addition storage costs would be incurred. The man (who for all we know WAS the owner) said a refund would be given if amt of time needed was less than charged. After payment was received the man in the car took off. We called the man later to inform the movers had finished early .Surprise, Surprise- No refund ever given. Avoid this poor excuse for a moving company!!! Would give zero stars if possible!
